The original Fiat Panda debuted in 1980 as an ultra-affordable econobox. The Fiat Panda is noted for its modest design, low ownership costs and fun driving experience.

It comes equipped with a 1.2-liter engine standard, with the fuel-sipping 1.3-liter diesel engine optional. Safety features include anti-lock brakes, and airbags for the driver and passenger (however, side airbags are optional).

Three peppy petrol engines are available – a 1.1-litre rated at 53bhp, a 59bhp 1.2 and a 99bhp 1.4 in the 100 HP range-topper. Ride & Handling
The Fiat Panda displays good body control. The 4WD model retains these fine road manners while performing surprisingly well off-road, too. The 100HP has sharper handling.
Wind- and road noise become increasingly insistent as speeds rise, but overall noise levels aren’t bad.

Decent fuel economy, modest emissions and low insurance groupings mean the Fiat Panda is cheap to run, even the 100HP range-topper.

The biggest news is the approval of the 2011 Fiat Panda range of Euro 5 engines 1.3 Multijet 16v 75 bhp with DPF as standard and 69 bhp 1.2 8v. In particular , the first two productions Vision debuts the fabric of superior quality and best visual impact ( the available colors ,Version Mamy and Cross. The new Fiat Panda 2011 range comprises an extensive range that includes traditional petrol and diesel engines all meet Euro 5 or alternatives ( natural gas and LPG) , as well as versions with front wheel drive or full, The latter enhanced by the electronic differential lock “Electronic Differential Locking ‘with ESP (Electronic Stability Program) .
