Black plastic lower side cladding now graces every model in the lineup, protecting the bodywork when drivers venture off the beaten path. It perfectly matches the front and rear aprons, also draped in black plastic. Each one comes in 2WD and 4WD configurations.

Considered by some to be more of a crossover-styled wagon than an SUV, the Jeep Compass fully independent suspension and front-wheel-drive version were both firsts for Jeep. But it was also the only model within Jeep’s lineup with a four-wheel-drive system not “Trail Rated” for more extreme off-road duties.

The powertrain, which the Jeep Compass shares with the Patriot, remains as before. In addition to the standard front-wheel-drive system, the "Jeep Compass" is available with Freedom-Drive I 4×4 and the new Freedom-Drive II Off-Road Package. Standard wheels are 17-inch aluminum rims, with 18-inch aluminum or chrome-clad wheels on the Limited.

2011 Chrysler 300 next month at the 2011 Detroit Auto Show

Today, the company revealed interior images along with more information on the features of the full-size sedan. The biggest news inside — besides an entirely new interior — is the 8.4-inch LCD touch-screen multimedia center that comes standard in the Chrysler 300. We recently tested it in the 2011 Dodge Journey, and it offers a lot of capability, though navigation is not standard. The steering wheel looks to be similarly meaty to those in the Dodge and Jeep vehicles.
A panoramic sunroof — not usually seen on sedans of any type – is another premium option.

Chrysler has extensively reworked its flagship sedan, the" 2011 Chrysler 300", which makes its public debut next month at the 2011 Detroit Auto Show and begins reaching U.S. dealers in the first quarter.

Chrysler also has upgraded the materials in the cabin, which features a redesigned instrument cluster, sapphire-blue LED ambient lighting, wood trim and optional heated and ventilated nappa-leather seats.

Chrysler will launch at Detroit Auto Show the Chrysler 300 facelift. The admiral ship of Chrysler range received a facelift. Clearly, the Fiat-Chrysler alliance led to a series of bizarre events, such as a Lancia model with Mercedes platform and Chrysler engines. The model is still offered with either rear wheel drive or all wheel drive.
Because we speak by a facelift, the aesthetic modifications are the main change of Chrysler 300 model.

2011 Toyota Sequoia

Manufactured in Indiana and unveiled in 2000, the Toyota Sequoia is a full-sized truck-based SUV. At a slightly larger total size than the Land Cruiser, it is the largest SUV currently sold by Toyota. A definite improvement over previous versions, the Sequoia is worth considering by those in the market for a large, luxury SUV.

The Toyota Sequoia is available in three trim levels: the base SR5, the mid-tier Limited, and the full-bore premium Platinum edition. Sequoias are available in either 2WD or 4WD and in the customer’s choice of a 4.6-liter or 5.7-liter V8 motor that Toyota pairs with a 6-speed automatic transmission.

Recent reviews of the newest Sequoia suggest that Toyota has once again delivered a class-leading ride. Reviewers also laud the gear transitions, towing performance, and performance at capacity.

The 2011 Sequoia comes in either 4-wheel drive or all-wheel drive, depending upon driver preferences.

The larger engine performs slightly worse, offering 13 and 18 for drivers.
The 2011 Toyota Sequoia features all of the swanky things that drivers demand in their luxury SUVs. Toyota bases the Sequoia on the Toyota Tundra, and the Tundra has been busy earning a reputation for an underwhelming interior. The Sequoia’s interior is stylish, modern, convenient, and family-friendly.

In terms of safety, the Sequoia offers front-seat side and knee airbags, three-row side curtain airbags, anti-lock disc brakes, and stability control. Overall, the "2011 Toyota Sequoia" is a lot like last year’s Sequoia.

A. There are three models of "Toyota Sequoia" – the SR5 model, the Limited model and the Platinum model. All 4 wheel drive models also come with FFV models. -- So What features do Limited and Platinum Models add on the top of the SR5 model.

Growing families will also appreciate the Sequoia's versatile second-row seats, available as either a 40/20/40-split bench or captain's chairs. Unlike GM's full-size SUVs, the Sequoia's independent rear suspension allows the roomy 60/40-split third-row seat to fold flat. The 2011 Toyota Sequoia is a full-size SUV capable of seating seven or eight, depending on the options selected. The base SR5 model comes standard with 18-inch alloy wheels, a roof rack, a sunroof, running boards, a 40/20/40-split second-row bench seat, triple-zone automatic climate control, heated side mirrors, a tilt-and-telescoping steering wheel with audio controls, full power accessories, a power driver seat, Bluetooth (with audio streaming) and an eight-speaker CD stereo with satellite radio, auxiliary audio and USB audio jacks.

The top-of-the-line Sequoia Platinum adds load-leveling rear air springs, adaptive shock absorbers, heated and cooled front seats, heated second-row captain's chairs (dropping capacity to seven), power-folding and -reclining rear seats, and a touchscreen navigation system.
Toyota offers two option packages for the SR5. Sequoia Limited options include a rear-seat entertainment system, navigation system and second-row captain's chairs.

The standard engine for the 2011 Sequoia SR5 is a 4.6-liter V8 that makes 310 hp and 327 lb-ft of torque. Properly equipped, a 5.7-liter Sequoia can tow up to 7,400 pounds.
Standard safety equipment for all 2011 Toyota Sequoias includes antilock disc brakes, stability control, front-seat side airbags, front knee airbags and three-row side curtain airbags. With both sets of rear seats folded down, the Sequoia's cargo space tops out at 121 cubic feet.

2011 Nissan Rogue Reviews

Nissan has mildly refreshed the Rogue for the 2011 line-up while we wait for the next generation to arrive. The top-selling CUV segment is already overcrowded so it was good to see a slightly refreshed Rogue from Nissan.

Nissan has always targeted a more mature audience with the Rogue and 2011 Rogue is no different. Rogue really excels on this front by providing about 50+ cubic feet of storage space with the rear seats folded.

Nissan Rogue is equipped with the 2.5 liter four cylinder engine that pushes 170 hp and 175 lb-ft of torque mated to Nissan's well known CVT transmission in either Front or All-Wheel-Drive configuration. We think Nissan's mildly refreshed Rogue is a nice bargain in this overly crowded CUV Segment.

The 2011 Nissan Rogue ranks 18 out of 24 Affordable Compact SUVs. The 2011 Nissan Rogue gets points for its pleasant ride, good fuel economy and affordable base price. Consumer Guide gets right to the point on the 2011 Nissan Rogue: "Overall, Rogue's competitors are quieter and more refined, but this compact Nissan gets points for sleek styling, high levels of interior functionality, and value pricing. If you can live with Rogue's sometimes harsh ride, this little Nissan might make sense.”
The Rogue gives buyers a low starting price and good fuel economy. The Nissan Rogue gets a mild refresh for 2011. The Nissan Rogue is available in front- or all-wheel drive.
A restyled front end and a revamped dashboard – including this vehicle’s first navigation system and USB interface – highlight the 2011 Rogue changes.

Should you buy a 2011 Nissan Rogue or wait for the 2012 Nissan Rogue? Buy a 2011 Rogue.
Rogue is among the longest vehicles in its class. More significant, Rogue’s wheelbase is the longest in its competitive set. Rogue has as much front-seat space as those two, but its rear-seat leg-room is no better and head room is tighter. Nissan responds by dressing up the 2011 Rogue’s dashboard with revised instrumentation and by giving the entry-level model “mood lighting” and new seat fabric. The 2011 Nissan Rogue returns in three levels of trim, though the midline version has a new name. The 2011 Nissan Rogue S repeats as the base model and the 2011 Rogue Krōm edition is back atop the line. In between is the 2011 Rogue SV, which replaces the SL model. Those wheels are a size up from the 2010 Krōm’s standard 17-inch alloys and are newly optional for the Rogue SV. The 2"011 Rogue" S continues with 16-inch steel wheels as standard and the 2011 Rogue SV comes with 17-inch alloys.

Mechanical: The 2011 Nissan Rogue carries over the powertrain used by this crossover since its 2008 model-year introduction. Rogue exhibits both these traits. All 2011 Rogue models are available with front-wheel drive or AWD. Rogue has a generous 8.3 inches of ground clearance but its AWD system isn’t intended for off-roading.

Features: More substantive than the 2011 Nissan Rogue’s minor styling revisions are its added features and shuffled options packages. The most significant new feature is this crossover’s first navigation system. The Premium Package includes the nav system, power moonroof, and automatic climate control. Second in line for number of 2011 upgrades is the Rogue S model. Nissan’s Intelligent Key allows you unlock the doors and start the Rogue without removing the key from purse or pocket. The standard audio system includes a CD player and four speakers. All Rogues come with cruise control, tilt steering wheel, air conditioning and power windows and locks.
